Our primary goal is to assist students in exploring suitable colleges and universities based on their interests, eligibility, and preferences.

2. Services We Offer

We provide educational guidance, college and university admission support, and financial/loan assistance. All services are advisory in nature, and final admission decisions are made solely by the respective institutions.

3. Payment Terms

StudyMax does not charge any separate counseling or admission fees from students. In most cases, payments are made directly by students to the respective college or university authorities. StudyMax may, at times, facilitate communication or provide references but is not involved in financial transactions between students and institutions.

Any refund policies or payment disputes are strictly subject to the college or university’s terms. StudyMax will not be responsible for any refund, delay, or cancellation once the student has made payment directly to an institution.

4. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to provide accurate information in all forms and communications. In case a student proceeds with admission or payment without prior confirmation with StudyMax, we will not be liable for any errors, admission cancellation, or disputes arising thereafter.

5. Communication & Updates

By filling out our inquiry or admission form, you give consent to receive guidance updates, important admission alerts, and informational messages via WhatsApp, phone calls, or email. We ensure that all communication is relevant and related to educational purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

StudyMax provides advisory services to assist in the admission process but does not guarantee admission, placement, or financial approval. We will not be held responsible for any loss, delay, or decision made by colleges, universities, or other third parties.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, are governed solely by the policies of the respective colleges or universities. StudyMax does not collect or refund any admission-related payment on behalf of any institution.

8. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Durg, Chhattisgarh, India.

9. Policy Updates

StudyMax reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with the updated revision date.
